Silicon scientific atomic watch

Should be 4 buttons, 2 on left and 2 on right. Press bottom left 3 times and hour offset digit will be displayed. Press and hold top left until hour offset digit starts to flash. Press either top or bottom right to adjust offset hour to correspond with your time zone. Eastern -5, central -6, mountain -7, pacific -8. These are negative numbers, not positive. Then press top left button once, then press bottom left button to return to time display.

Cannot set time on my new Adidas Response ADP6005 watch. manual is useless in this regard

Just talked to Adidas. Manual is wrong on this watch type. To change time: press top-left button "set/light" and hold till "light off" appears. Then, hit bottom-left button "mode," toggling until you reach the hours/minutes/etc. Use top-right and bottom-right buttons to change numbers as needed. Hit top-left "set/light" button when finished.

Thank you for contacting FixYa.
  • There should be four buttons: mode, reset, start and light. Find the mode button and press it three times until it is in the set time mode.
  • 2 Find the reset button, which usually is located on the bottom right side of the watch face, and hold it until the time starts blinking.
  • 3 Press the start button to change minutes.
  • 4 Press the reset button again to switch to hours. You will know it worked when the hour starts blinking instead of the minutes.
  • 5 Press the start button to change the hour. The watch can handle two modes: standard and military. As you press start, the hour will change from AM to PM, noted by an "A" or a "P" in the top right. When you get through 24 hours, the watch will change to military time and an "H" will be displayed instead of "A" or "P." Keep pressing start to go through another 24-hour cycle and it will revert back to standard time.
  • 6 Press the reset button to switch to the date, starting with the month, and press start to change it.
  • 7 Press reset one last time to switch from month to the day, and again press the start button to switch days.
  • 8 Press the mode button to finish the changes.

How do i change it from 24 hour to regular time?

When you are looking at the watch you have 2 buttons on the left side, top button being A and bottom button being C. ON the right the top button in B and the bottom one is D. If you press and hold the A button in time keeping mode the numbers will start to flash. While things are flashing, hit the D button and it should switch between 24 and 12 hour times, then hit A again to escape the time setting mode

Need to change the time. turn off sound and alarms

    For alarm:
Hit START and RESET (rightside buttons normally)

    For hour chime:
Hit RESET and MODE (bottom left and right buttons normally)

(Hit the button listed first, then press the other while still holding it.)

Thats how it works on mine, worth a shot. :-)
