Picked up an RCA LED55C55R120Q and turned it on to have this issue. Is this a cracked LCD or is this a T-Con issue or something else entirely?

The last time that I saw this problem it was a loose connector at the top of the screen. It's worth a look. There are youtube videos about it.

SOURCE: LED55C55R120Q powers on and works fine from anywhere from a few second to over an hour. The tv will lose power and picture fades. Replaced power supply but same issue continues?

i had a simular problem and it was the old power strip that I was plugged into. So you might first try just plugging it directly in to a wall outlet first. Just a thought.

Could you try all 4 digit combinations patiently to see if one works, methodically writing down each try? This is assuming it is only a 4 digit password, such as 0000.

hi,
Probably the t con board is faulty. first you have to check is there is any bad contact in the connections on the t con board. Remove and reconnect all the connections on the con broad. if the problem exist even after that you have to go for a new t con board . in some tvs 32 the t con board is not replaceable as it is integrated to the lcd panel.
check the video it will help you to identify the t con board

Probably the t con board of your TV is faulty. T con board is the one which drive the lcd pixels. You have to replace the T con board to get it work properly.
