After working onit for a month we finally got it to run very well, Now the old girl has sprung a leak in the gas tank, cant get a new one soo, can I patch it with JB Weldor something
Roto tiller parts take immense vibrations - look for gas line tubing leaks at the tank and at the carburator. Simple screw type hose to clamps will do, along with new gas tubing. All else fails check the fuel filter inlet and last - is the gas tank in need of replacement? Follow this advise in that order. Work safe. Best of repairs to you.

have your evaporative purge valve solenoid check. because its controls the gas vapors going to canister purge or vent valve.take it to dealers have the evap system scan because its not venting or controling gas vapor.it suppose vent gas vapor to intake to be burn.if it dont work it causes excess gas vapor pressure built up in tank. make it hard to pump gas into it.

What does your manual say that it is? Always check in your manual and you will have plenty of information to help solve your questions. However, I want to venture a guess about your gas gauge. You may have a computer mis-read and the new tank install is not interfacing with your computer.

More than likely you have a busted fuel line, or one of the connections from the fuel lines to the fuel pump is broken. If you know how to repair cars, drop the tank and find the leak. If you don't know how, have the vehicle towed to a shop. Driving the car would definitely be a fire hazard.
