Mf9316 transformer power? - Audio Players & Recorders

If you are talking about low voltage light transformers, then answer is probably NO... but you could try it and see if it works... but I am almost certain that both transformers will probably burn out.
Output is 12 Volt AC... the transformer coils will probably burn out because the waveform from each transformer cannot be guaranteed to be the same.... even if both transformers are seemingly identical and plugged into same outlet.

Power company transformers can be wired together in specific ways to produce 3-phase waveform, but these transformers are specifically engineered for the task. And the transformers do not combine the output (as you would be doing with yard transformer), instead each power company transformer produces 1 leg of power in a 3-leg power supply.

NO NO NO... PC power supplies are switching supply's. The transformers use high voltage to drive other components. Increasing the power out of the supply will require you to upgrade the power supply to a higher wattage output.

No power to the transformer or to the track?
If not to the track, make sure you have the correct wire connections made from the transformer to track.
If no power to the transformer from the wall plug,
sounds like the cord needs replacement.

The transformer is seams to be working, the power bulb indicator working tells me that the transformer is ok. You may need to check the circuit
board.

Can you test to see if power is coming out of the transformer thing? If it's not it could have failed. Some transformer have an internal fuse. Unfortunately these are generally not replaceable so the transformer has to be replaced. Transformers are also safety parts, so have to be replaced by manufacturer's replacement parts.

check the power cable first. also the power at the wall out lets.
if ok the you have to check the input ac fuse of your receiver. your recever has problem with its power supply stage, that's why there is no standby light also. fist of all check the fuse. then check the standby transformer is it faulty or not. the system will power up if the standby transformer is ok. standby transformer is a small transformer near the mains transformer. check these things first, if u need any further assistance feel free to contact me through fixya.

if the secondary voltage of the transformer is 12 volts A.C. go to radio shack and they will have a transformer,though being it an aftermarket transformer it will work

I can't find a schematic that references the transformer and cannot find a replacement either. I'd contact Fender for a reccomended substitute.

All transformers buzz though you cannot hear it normally. The big transformers on power lines like to buzz for all to hear. When a transformer in a stereo amp gets old and deteriorates or gets hot and  expands the coils, melts the coil varnish and epoxy coatings then rattles at 60 times per second.    You can ignore it or change the transformer. There are too many layers of windings to try to stick anything in there.  Disconnecting a transformer results in inductive kickback -that's not money. It's a big, whopping electrical gotcha!
