What can I do when my Smok novo vape won’t charge and now that I tried to fix it the only light that will show is the red light for maybe 30 seconds?

Contact the manufacturer for support or better yet, quit!

Replace the batteries. Open and remove batteries and make a note of the size and brand. You can but batteries everywhere or you can order them through the manufacture

Usually the blinking light means your battery is dead and needs to be charged.

Contacting the manufacturer might be helpful. It may also depend on your charger used.

If this was the original charger for the air hog copter and it just started to fail in recharging , there must be a faulty part inside the charger that is causing the problem, staying red light during charging period and never turns to green or other color to show that it was charged is one problem but when it also shuts off after 30 seconds without charging definitely shows a faulty part or parts inside the charger. To check this out you can try another good charger which you can borrow from a friend to see if it would charge your copter or you can take it to the store where you bought the copter , they may be able to confirm the fault on your charger, if it can be fixed or needs a replacement.

After 30 seconds plug the power cord back in (leave the batteryout) and hit the power button to see if it boots. If it does, you can putthe battery back in and let it charge.Maybe your DC Power Jack which is where the power cord plugsinto the computer is bad. Take an ink pen and push the tip inside thejack and see if the little pin wiggles, if so the jack is bad. You'll have totake the laptop apart to fix it. Most times it is soldered onto themotherboard, so you will have to desolder the old and solder a new one.

I'm inclined to think that your power cord is bad and you have drained your battery.
