Hold on to the chrome part near where the staples come out and lift up on the top plastic part. There is a video link on the Bostitch site to the right midway down the page

They are hard to come by but you swivel a little clip in the front and then a small door comes up. You then insert the staples in-between the solid meatal bit(bottom) and the small meatal foot (top), you should feel spring resistance. If you see this I hope it helps.
