It started fine in March. was running but saw fuel pouring out of carb. Replaced carb with a new one and still won't start. Replaced plug, still won't start. replaced magneto and wire, still won't start. Any ideas?

take fuel line off carburetor and see if you are getting fuel through the line.Is the fuel fresh?
SOURCE: Stihl chain saw won't achieve max rpm
Crank seals are leaking, causes lean or low vacuum for the carb to work properly

defiantly the carb but its not bad - clean / soak it with some seafoam and blow out all the holes. its just clogged and isnt getting the fuel/air mixture right.

Couple of ideas, if there is a fuel shut off solinoid on the bottom of the carb float bowl, remove it switch the ignition on, the lottle pin in the end should be drawn in, if not, check there is power to it with a multi meter, also if it has a fuel pump up by the rocker box, check this is pumping by removing the hose onto the carb, crank the engine to check fuel flow.

If you have a good spark, and there is fuel at the plug, the only things to stop it fireing up are a sheared flywheel key knocking the timeing out, or the engine has low compression due to wear or damaged piston and ring.
