remove the battery and connect exactly at 12:00AM,
then the clock shows the time as 12:00AM,
no other option is there..

There is a switch on the back to set time, alarm, or display time. Select the switch to time set first. Tap top of unit to toggle between settings blinking display is the one to be set. Change it bi tapping on the sides ( ) or(-) don't forget the 12 hour display or military 24hour. Switch back to clock display when hour and minute display are both blinking or the setting will not take effect

Depends on the radio type. Try this:

I have deh 1450, turn ign on, radio off. On mine I pressed and held the top right button (audio) clock starts flashing. Set time using directional buttons (up, down, left, right) When finished I pressed the 'loud' button (bottom right of face plate to end

while a cd is playing and the clock is displaying press the CLK/ DISP button untill the time starts blinking and while its blinking press the number 5 button to set the hour and 6 button to set the minutes these 2 buttons are at the right bottom corner
