Usually caused by someone letting go of the cord so it quickly retracts into the machine and doubles up on itself.
1) Attempt to push IN the cord slightly, instead of drawing it out.
2) Or remove the bottom so you can access and unkink the cord.

I just bought a Bravetti Platinum Pro Food Processor 800watt 9 spd. at
Tuesday mornings, it had obviously been opened. There were no
directions or warranty information. I am hoping to find directions to

I went to my parts manuals sites and they did not list this brand.
the internet indicated the problem with this food processor was the inability to obtain parts. I advise keeping an eye on ebay if you need something in particular.
