The pilot adjustment screw is located on the back side of the oven temperature thermostat. Lift the cook top to access it. Use a flat screwdriver to adjust... counter clockwise= bigger flame.

you must push and hold the button on the bottom fo the safety valve until the thermocouple is warm enough to keep the safety valve open. @ 25 - 30 seconds

do you hear any clicking when you try to start the oven portion of the range? if not lets try this, open the lower drawer so you can see the burner bar and mechanism for lighting the bake bar. as your watching the mechanism turn on the oven (nothing should happen as per your issue) while oven is on try lighting one of the top burners, any one will do wanna check if that lites the spark and in turn lites the oven pilot.if that does infact work you have a bad spark switch for the oven control

The oven pilot is accessible through the broiler door, (you're pretty much laying on the floor to light it) or through the oven bu removing the oven bottom panel. To remove the oven bottom, place fingers in holes near the door, and apply pressure to slide the bottom toward the rear, and lift when the front (by your fingers) comes free. Remove completely and set aside. You should now see a flame spreader (V-shaped metal pan) retained by one or two winged screws. Removing the screws allows removal of the spreader. This exposes the burner, complete with pilot. There is two tubing lines to the pilot assembly, one about 1/4 inch dia. and one much smaller. the one at the end of the 1/4 inch tube is the pilot. The piece at the end of the really thin tube is the thermocouple. You have to heat the thermocouple to get the gas to come on to the pilot. A match just won't do it as you need to apply a flame to the thermocouple for about 30 seconds or so. Heat the thermocouple until the pilot will self-sustain. When the pilot stays on on it's own, put it all back together. If you elect to just go through the broiler, again heat the thermocouple until the pilot will self-sustian.

It is usually a bad thermocouple. Mine had only had a weak pilot flame and the problem turned out to be a corroded and leaking pilot gas line. It was leaking whee it enters at the bottom of the oven chamber.
