How to resolve conflict between staff and visitor

For what item (make and model, or what software) do you need a hard copy manual?

Depending where you reside there may be a public library (funded by local and / or regional government funds) which has internet-connected computers available for local residents and visitors to use.

Such public access computers probably have Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on them. PDF documents can be downloaded, opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader software, and printed (for a per-page fee) on a library-owned printer -- thereby creating a hard copy manual.

A library staff member can probably provide one-on-one assistance.

I would try a different port with a new cable. IP conflict should be noted by the PC / node. You could ping the IP in question with the -a switch to resolve DNS name. You could also run a traceroute from the command prompt to help identify what drop if failing / timing out.

Any conflict has to be resolved in the device manager go to control panel then system then choose hardware find your device click on it see what resource it has then attempt a change.Most likely the conflict is a glich and can be resolved by changing the resource or removing the device causing the conflict

Resolving IP Address Conflicts

you cannot do this yourself ..try the manufacture or a competent repairer some crystals have to be made by hand if theres not one available through the trade repairers..

If you are using static IP address on your computers then please switch over to dynamic IP. Also, please turn off all the devices on your network and then first turn on the modem and then dLink router and then your computers. This should resolve the issue.

once you login to the safe mode and try to resolve it .. i am sure your problem will be resolved in the safe mode ...

because safe mode loads will the minimal set of drivers it is usually used to resolve the hardware conflicts, graphics related problems ..

you can go to the safe mode by pressing the F8 key at the system boot then you must select safe mode and press enter on it .. after that you will be in safe mode after some seconds .. then you can try to resolve the conflict ..

doesnt sound like flash prob sounds like display drivers.
navigate to system info.check for conflicts/sharing .many programs ,software will be sharing but if theres conflicts they need to be resolved.by changing resources can resolve
