Facebook it not known to be the safest place to be. If you have lost your password, there are links and tools for that within the login screen of FB itself. If you are having network issues, then it is not a FB issue but a network issue.

there is no way you can post videos up there. you can paste a url of the video. fb is not video compatible hope this helps.
