SOURCE: White lines that are constantly on will go away for a few seconds then pop back up.. Mitsubishi 73" model number WD-73640

You need to replace the 4719-001997 DLP Chip. this should solve the issue.
This chip can be expensive so look around before you purchase. This is a common problem with these TVs, both white lines and white dots. I have a Mitsubishi projector model WD 73640 can I use LGSoundbar? Back of TV has a DVI/PC Audio Input

The PC/DVI is an input to the TV You need an aux out or monitor out. If you try using the PC audio input you won't hear anything. It's only for computer or laptop sound cards. If the TV has an optical out and the sound bar has an optical input then you can connect the two that way. You;ll need an optical cable for that.

I HAVE MITSUBISHI WD-73640 AND ITS SHOW THE GEEN LIGHT BUT DOESN'T HAVE PICTURE OR SOUND

The first thing to replace is the lamp. Google your model number and "lamp" and you'll find several sites that sell them. It isn't difficult to replace yourself and isn't very expensive. Good luck.

Looking what i can do to fix. Have a Mitsubishi TV 3D DLP WD-73640, Replaced bulb, and still have the red LED flashing 6 times to the Yellow led flashing 1.

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
Blinking codes details to many popular brand TVs are given. Surf the site with patience.
Check the lamp ballast too.

Why is tv blinking 4 red lights and 8 yellow lights

An error code of 48 indicates a main power board failure. There is a short down the 3.3v or 5v switched supply.

Black screen

Sounds like you need to replace the lamp. An original Mitsubishi lamp will last 7 to 10000 hours. It's a no brainer to replace. Buy the lamp from Mitsubishi or a dealer. Do not buy one over the internet. Those are awful...
