Hard reset your phone now.remember you have to backup your data before proceeding.
You can try doing a hard reset on the device, but it will erase ALL your personal settings and data (photos,, apps, email, etc.) that is saved to the internal card bring it back to the factory settings.

The code should be the last 4 digits of your cell number. However, if you changed that, then try going to reset it. It'll prob cost you though.

As long as you know your security code you can retreive your lock code. On the Lotus dial ##3282# scroll down to Advanced, choose View, then scroll down to option 5 which should be the Lock Code and select it. You will need to enter your security code here which typically is 6 zeros.

what you can do is press ##DATA# (##3282#) then go to ADVANCE, VIEW, and last LOCK CODE..... there you go now you are able to see the lock code in which your for is currently on!

If you have not changed it, then the security code is just the last 4 digits of its telephone number.
If you have changed it, though, then yes, you'll have to contact your carrier.
