If it has an exhaust (blower) output available, you can attach the hose there and hope to dislodge the clog in reverse. You might do that outside -- you never know what may blow out the hose.
From the vacuum end of the hose you could use something like a broom handle to push through the hose and see where the clog is. If close enough to one end or the other, you might have success using a wire coat hanger to break up the clog, then try the reverse blow-out again.
The output filter on that unit is HEPA and traps all particles. You need to clean or replace that filter because the airflow cannot leave through it and it wont develop suction.
