Unplug reciever for 5 minutes also as soon as you unplug receiver hold power button for 30 seconds. This should empty out power therefore erasing memory / settings

I own this unit also and have found that it is very sensitive to speaker wire shorts. Please recheck all speaker connections to make sure you have no "stray wires" touching someplace to make a short.
