BC15BD battery charger goes to FLO after charging for 30 seconds. The car still will not start.
Hello
The battery is worn, the voltage rising on it immediately, the rectifier senses it and stops charging, thus blocking its overvoltage.
Machine It is normal to not start since the battery no longer stores the current.
Replace the battery!
However, be sure that the rectifier has no problems, you can test it with another battery, if the loading is finished instantly, it may be guilty, it can also be damaged.

Solved own problem. Bad conection between pcb and battery contact pins. Reheat each battery pin on the pcb carefully until solder reflow occurs then remove heat. PDA now repaired
SOURCE: low battery, won't charge
connect the garmin to your computer using the usb port. It will start charging then. For some reason when the battery goes dead in this unit the only way to charge it is with computer. the car adaptor will not work once the battery gets real low.
SOURCE: Battery charges but is dead
The battery isn't any good. The charger is just going through it's regular steps. (I know how it is. I just bought two Ryobi 18 volt batteries for my Ryobi cordless drill, reciprocating saw, flashlight,
trim circular saw, combo set. $60 for two batteries)

It could be the battery or the charger. Best thing to do is find a Bosch service center and have them test them. The litheon stuff is fairly new, there is a good chance it will be on warranty.
