did you check the steering pump, AC compression pump, etc or other engine components ? it could be something other than the engine.

well,if your air compressor was shut off this due to pressure switch w/c auto switch off your compressor,the pressure switch acquired already the cut off pressure.if the pressure goes down the cut in set up reached it will start your compressor
to run.
regarding oil spillage when shutting down check the oil level on the sight glass of crankcase
a red line indicate oil should not exceed on that level line,if the oil exceed try to drain oil.,on the side bottom of engine there is a drain plug.until on limit level .,besure that machine is shut off/breaker is off.have a nice day don't forget to rate me,thank's

Could be some debris in the oil pickup screen (can access it if you remove the oilpan) Or worse case scenario is your bearing is starting to fail...which is a BIG job (Removing the engine to repair it) 30 psi is the bare minimum for your engine to run safely without damage...so i see why your very concerned.
I hope its just a little "Gunk" on the screen. If it is i would consider putting some Seafoam (1/2 a can) into the engine oil and drive around like you normally would for a couple of days and then change the oil (Its a great product for breaking up "Gunk" in the oil or gas line.)

Same part...make sure you get one for gauge, not idiot light though. If the engine has any knocking or ticking when pressure drops do not drive it and have a mechanical gauge installed to check actual pressure. Parts often have different names for same item...your driveshaft is actually called a propeller shaft!!!

The oil light is from lack of oil pressure. Either the oil pump is going out or the oil pressure sending unit is going bad. Giving the ECM false reading. This is very critical that you get this checked out. No oil pressure will burn the motor up very quickly.
