SOURCE: Leak inside Bostitch N80 Nailer, won't drive nails

If the unit is leaking it most likley need a rebuild kit. Go to a Bostitch service center and ask for an ORK-11 kit. That is all the o-rings needed to do an over haul. Or just have them do it.

SOURCE: Stanley Bostitch Coil Framing nailer blows head off of nail?

Make sure that when you run with one gun that your psi is between 90-110. You may need a kit. Is it an RN45 or 46? Go to Stanley Bostitch online and look up parts and schematics. Kits should only be about 15-20 dollars, easy to put in, and come with instructions. Lemme know. Please rate me

SOURCE: My Bostitch N80 fires full auto when I hook it

I would check the safety first to make sure not stuck because this tool is a bump fire. Let me know and then I will find a kit and schematic for you or you can go to Bostitch.com and find the parts online, but I honestly think that you have a safety issue or the trigger valve is malfunctioning.

How do i rebuild my bostitch n80 frameing nailer

Bostitch nailers are simple to rebuild. Bostitch company was sold to Dewalt so parts are now easier to obtain from local Dewalt service center. Use Ork11 oring kit and tva6 trigger valve. These parts are also available on ebay. Good luck or your nailing projects.

I Have a N80 Coil Nailer. It was given to me without the manual. I down loaded a manual, however it is not clear how to set the nail depth. Can you advise?

Bostitch nailers used three methods to adjust how deep the nail will set. On stick nailer, there are one or two screws on the lower contact arm allows you to shift up or down. On coil nailers and others , there is thumb screw on side or under the trigger. Finally on some coil nailers, there was a series of spacers that snapped onto nose of the gun. Good luck

Sears Framing Nailer #351-18320. It takes clipped head, 28 degress, paper held nails. I need replacement nails. Who made this nail gun for SEARS and where can I buy nails.

I have seen several of these guns in the shop. I have used both Bostitch and Max parts to repair. Try using nails made for duofast cn325, or bostitch n80. Both use a 28degree paper tape clip head hails. Good luck

I bought a used Bostitch nail gun. Model/serial # N6408406208021. What parts do I change to go from a 1 1/2 inch nail (approx. #6) to a 3 inch nail (approx. #16)? Where do I get the parts?

I do not think that the n64 will take a 3" nail. N64 will most likely fit a 2 or 2 1/2 inch. To verify the length of nail open latch door and measure the width of the slot into the barrel. Take a look at the bostitch n80 series of nailers for more power and longer nail.

Will bosch nail guns operate with Paslode brand nails?

The F28WW takes 28Deg nails that are collated with wire, so your nails won't work in that gun. The N80SB is also a 28Deg nailer so your 30 Deg nails won't work in that gun either. Sorry about the bad news but it looks like your going to have to spring for new nails

N80 suddenly quit working

There is a nail stuck inthe grove where the nail comes out. There are 4 allen bolts on the front of the nailer.remove them and you can remove the bent nail. Put it back together and your ready to go.
