Why are there days when my steps do not register on my iPad. I walk faithfully, and last Friday I had at least 17000steps and didn’t get credit for it. This will be the last fit bit I buy

If you have the ZEN V Plus or any ZEN V series the answer is the same.... No all you get is what you bought…..So if you bought the 2GB unit then that’s all your going to get L ....If you bought another "slot card" for it you could get an adapter for the “slot card” to fit in the top UBS slot but the device will not recognize the extra memory.......sorry to be the bearer of bad news.....but the ZEN V Plus is available in 1GB, 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, and 16GB capacities. I hope this help and please give me a rating......I'm always trying to improve...
