I have tried this but there is no option for language in NHZN W60G. OR I might be missing some think there?

contact the toyota customer service department on the web with all the vehicle details ( vin number -make -model -country of manufacture- engine serial number -nav unit serial numbe) and ask them for the code to make the unit work. It may take some time to get what you want as they will have to refer to the plant where the vehicle was made and get the records for the vehicle build plan to find the unit that was installed.
