I lost my copy of the instruction manuel for the 1700w 8.5 qt ceramic nonstick air fryer

If you are unable to adjust the temperature of your Paula Deen digital 10 Qt air fryer by 1 degree and it only increases or decreases the temperature by 10 degrees when you press the + / - buttons, it is likely that this is the way the air fryer was designed to operate. I only saw one reference to that precise model, an open box for sale. Not sure if you could try emailing the seller to see if they could sell you a copy of the manual, since the box is apparently already open.
