Its complicated to convert. Get a qualified gasfitter to do it. The part number to convert LPG to Nat Gas is R1911 (at least it is here in New Zealand)

You don't mention any error codes displayed. If this is the case I would start with a new main PCB. It should try and light for approx. 10 seconds and then go to lockout with an error code 11 if it was a gas supply issue. This is all controlled by the PCB hence my opinion on a PCB fault.

Yes it Should but you will want to check with manafactuer because it will need a conversion kit for lp gas. Natural gas is a different p.s.i. than lp gas so don't try without conversion kit. It should be just a small fitting that goes inside the gas valve. Hope this helps have a good day

You need a new orifice - the store you bought the appliance from should have the kit. DO NOT use lp with a natural gas orifice - you will get a huge flame!
