Hey! I just fixed my shaking wheel! There is a red lever above the swivel wheel. I pushed it up. And guess what... I can jog with my stroller!

go to walmart and show them you're brand of the stroller and tell them that you need a replacement food tray that come's with it.

To attach the Baby Trend Infant Car Seat, recline
the seat all the way back.
• Position the Infant Car Seat, facing toward the
rear of the jogger, so that the seat shell goes
into the Child Tray and latches into place.
(Fig. 13a) Check that the Infant Car Seat
is firmly locked onto the Child Tray before
using.
• Check that the front Child Tray is firmly
attached to the jogger's armrests. Make sure
that the car seat locks into the front Child Tray.
Then turn tabs on stroller frame to lock the
front of the car seat into the stroller. (Fig. 13b)
• To remove the Infant Car Seat, squeeze the
release handle located at the foot-end of the
seat and carefully lift upward on the seat.

it is hooked onto the main frame of the stroller. Stand in front of the tray and reach to the side where it connects with the frame. There should be an edge that goes over the frame from the tray - pull on on that to detach it.
