You do not indicate if you have auto programmed the television to get digital channels, If you are selecting a channel without a decimal point, for instance 82.3 is NBC hd in my cable system. If your cable provider does not produce these on direct cable then you can not get HD without a box. Try to Auto Program your tv in the cable mode STD format, this can take up to 20 minutes to complete scan including deleting scrambled channels. After programming try the lowest or highest analog channel like 2 or 70, channel down or up from there to see if any digital channels appear.
The TV might have an auto programing function, which should tune in all available channels that are being delivered thru the cable/from the cable company.
Hi my name is Roety,
I can help you with your issue ,
Even before you run the auto program you should see a picture when entering a channel below 13 when entering the numbers in the remote. If no picture shows check the signal source the center connector may be bent.
Another possibility is selecting ant 1 or 2 make sure you are selecting the correct input the check the picture then run auto program
If I have helped you with your issue
If you have more questions you can still respond
I will reply asap
Thanks
Using the Color buttons on the Remote with the Channel List.
• Red (Antenna): Switches to Air or Cable.
• Green (Zoom): Enlarges or shrinks a channel number.
• Yellow (Select): Selects multiple channel lists.
• TOOLS (Option): Displays the Add(or Delete), Add to Favorite(or Delete from Favorite),
Timer Viewing, Channel Name Edit, and Auto Program menus..
Auto Program
The TV automatically cycles through all of the available channels and stores them in memory.
In rare cases, "Auto program" may miss a few channels due to weak signals and the channels may
not be added to the channel memory.

Hope this helps. I have the owners manual on file.
you must run "auto program search"/"auto store" again and let the TV find the programs. then put them in order and store. If you feel some channels are missing, try to find them manually. The auto store function sometimes skips programmes with less tolerant range, even if they are watchable in a fairly good quality. And search slowly and pay attention and go back if you feel you just skipped something. Good luck and lots of patience! A new aerial sometimes might mean loss of some channels.
