How do i fix F8 error on my deluxe air conditioner

F8 error isn't registered with my Daikin Airconditioner, though E7 showed up as a 'motor over-current' warning.


It might help if you find out the NAME and the MODEL NUMBER for your air conditioner.

Once you know this, then you can search for it like this...

Name - Model - error codes

E.g. 'Daikin Ft18k error codes'

sensor error , replace sensor by new one , problem get fixed,

That code is usually a result of a leak in the system and the unit being low on charge...find/fix the leak and recharge the unit.

The F8 Fault means that the Temp sensor in the indoor unit that goes into the cooling coil is faulty.

Code F8
Error detail Input circuit fault. Check indoor fan mechanism locked or no power to voltage. If no power to motor replace PCB. If power and still your motor locked replace motor. Is it helpful?
