SOURCE: Water accumulates under vegetable bins and spills out the front

the water is coming from the freezer when is defrosts. the drain line is in the back wall of the freezer and may be clogged up with ice. clean out the freezer and pour some hot water in the very back of the freezer, this will hopefully unclog the drain. if not, then you have to take the back wall out of the freezer to get directly to the drain line. there should just be a couple screws holding it; it is just an aluminum or plastic panel.

SOURCE: water under vegetable bins, no water in drip pan under refrigerat

If this is a top mounted freezer the drain under the evaporator in the freezer section is iced up. You will need to take the back panel in the freezer off, to get to the evap. Defrost the ice with boiling water, then a heat probe will need to be attached to the defrost heater and down through the drain hole, There is a kit for this procedure.part # 819043

SOURCE: water runs under the vegetable bins

There should be a collecting channel with a hole and a tube reaching down to somewhere above the cooling compressor (Back of unit) where it should evaporate with the heat.
Most people never clean that hole and tube simply because they do not know what is for or the manual is silent. Sometime can be jammed with little icecube. I us thick plastic line from toy to clean, electrical wire with copper core not naked is also oke. Do not put wild force. This is the cooler part. The deep freezer part needs defrosting on temporarily basis and for that you need some small low bin to start collecting or keep on mobbing the floor.

SOURCE: Water in bottom of refrigerator under vegetable bins.

there should be a tray that guides water from freezer to a drain located in the fridge section normally held with one screw . take it off and unclog drain ( use a vacuum to **** out sludge) clean tray/guide and mount back on. make sure all moisture is cleaned out after drain is cleared.

Ice build up under vegetable and fruit bins

Pull the bins out. Just above them is a channel with a hole in the middle. Push a drinking straw in the hole to clear the drain. The water will drain away instead of dripping under the veg bins.

My whirlpool refrigerator Model ET18PKX6W00 leaks water under vegetable bins

Check behind the bins for a condensation tray/hose. Most refrigerators have these as they develop condensation due to the temperature differences when opening and closing the door. The tray catches the condensation, and drains it to a tray under the fridge. Here it evaporates when the compressor runs. Sometimes things block the tray or the hose gets clogged with gunk. clean out the tray/hose and hopefully your problem will end.

We have water laying on the bottom shelf every day

Under the evaporator coils is a drain. It catches the defrost water and directs it to a pan above the compressor where it evaporates. The drain clogs and water cascades down the back wall ending up under the crispers. Get a shop vac and open the drain.

Water on shelves

It sounds like the defrost drain is plugged. It is behind the back panel inside the freezer. Either defrost the whole unit, or use hot water to defrost the drain line. Be careful it is located right under coil and the fins are sharp! My knuckles have been cut many a time! Good Luck

Model TBX21KLK water pooling UNDER vegetable bins

Your evaporator coils frost up in normal use and every eight hours or so the entire unit shuts down and the defrost heater comes on to melt the frost. This cycle last about 20 minutes. The melted frost drips into a drain pan and through a drain tube to the drain tray under the freezer/refrigerator where it's evaporated by the condenser fan.

Your drain tube may be stopped up with ice at the upper end because it drains too slow because it's stopped up at the lower end in the evaporator pan under the unit at the floor. It can get dust and mold in it. Once you get the ice out at the top a little pressure with a turkey baster will usually clear it out. Flushing it out with hot water and clorox may help.
Make sure it drains quick enough to prevent refreezing. . The drain should be located below the evaporator coils on the lower back of the freezer.
