How do i fix error E17 on a simpson ezset 7.5 top loader

Lift the top by unscrewing the screws in the back or remove the back panel and there you will find a code and test sheet. Very easy to follow if you follow it to a T.

Check to see if water hose is plugged and test water pressure.Check water valve supply shut off.
See if filter is plugged.
Run full cycle w/no clothes in washer. Add 1 cup of vinegar,no soap.

I have a error code Ld come up on my Simpson eziset 5.5 kg top loader washing machine what does that mean ? Also is it possible to replace a sensor battery for that. Model and what size battery replacement do I need to ask for
