I have sony Bravo TV but cannot change channel to 2 Digit

It's either in your TV settings or you could try some of the generic codes such as 0000 1234 9999

Your post contains both Sony and GE; and so I gives here codes for both brands.

Direct Code Entry

1. Press and hold the SETUP button until the red indicator stays on, then release the SETUP button.
2. Press and release the desired Mode button (TV, VCR, etc.). The red indicator blinks, then stays lit.
3. Enter the 4 digit code from the code tables. Note: after a valid code entry, the red indicator turns off. For an invalid code, the red indicator flashes.
4. With your device on, press CHANNEL UP. If the device responds, no further programming is required. Note: If some buttons do not operate your device, try one of the other codes for your brand.

Code Search If after trying "Direct Code Entry" your device does not respond, or if your brand is not listed, try doing a search of the code library for your code by following these steps.

1. Manually turn on the device (TV, VCR, etc.) to be controlled.
2. Press and hold the SETUP button until the red indicator stays on, then release the SETUP button.
3. Press and release the desired Mode button (TV, VCR, etc.). The red indicator blinks once, then stays on.
4. Press the CHANNEL UP button repeatedly (up to 300 times) until the device to be controlled changes channel. The red indicator blinks, then stays lit.
5. Press and release MUTE to install the code. The indicator light goes off.

Most users will want to store VCR codes under the VCR button, Cable codes under CBL, etc. If you want to store a VCR code under CBL, etc., first follow the procedure for Direct Code Entry and press CBL in step 2 of Direct Code Entry, then enter ANY VCR code in step 3 of Direct Code Entry. some remotes used to have a key to switch between single or double digits marked ( -/--)

This TV doesn't have channel labeling. You'll need to keep your cable channel card handy, sorry to say.

there is a problwm wit hyour mainboard you can buy one on ebay for about $80 and to remove just take off back panel and unplug about 5 wires and remove 2-3 screws on the left side / the same side that your power ch+/- ect is on. and swap out.

The button on the remote next to 0 and below 9 has to be depressed to _ _ before you select any 2 digit channels. I had the same problem and accidently figured it out. Hope it helps. TC

usually you have a channel up and down
it looks like an awwow nowadays and is somtimes abbreviated like chn up of chn down

Make sure the tuner is set for Cable and not broadcast...accordianman
