You need to manually adjust or set the hands to the home position as they are not where the watch thinks they should be. This can happen when you bring your watch close to a strong magnetic field. Look in the manual to do this. Afterwards your watch should set to the correct time.

go to www.casio.co.uk go to support(methinks??) click on watches and put in the model number (the one you posted) and download the PDF manual relating to your watch (you will need adobe reader free download to read PDFs), this will be the full manual, once you figure it out DST will have to be on, as its summertime of course. ( i bought a wave ceptor for a fiver because the guy who had it didnt know how to recalibrate it after a battery change), a quick gander at the online manual put it right, there shouldnt be a problem setting it up again, good luck

Usually this is a faulty battery - make sure you go to a reputable jeweller and have the battery changed. Even somewhere like Kmart will only use decent quality batteries.
I bought batteries off eBay once that were very cheap, and I had this problem all the time. Now I only buy Energizer, Duracell, etc.
