Are you asking about a SIMPLEhuman (not Superhuman) soap dispenser? If so . . . see the information here:

Read the information in the section headed "Dispensing Issues."

IF the soap dispenser is a Simplehuman product, you can also contact the company Customer Service department to obtain advice regarding the problem:

The slide out won't attach and it keeps sliding back out

Where the trash can / machine is, when installing it, was it put in level or on a slant, could be an easy fix if you take it out and try put it back in with an upward position, So when you go to the trash pullout machine, you will have to give it a little pull.

Simple human trash can won't close and light stays on

Sounds goofy but lick your finger and wipe the sensor off. It's prob blocked. Sometimes I need to open the main lid as if I was going to take the trash out and when I put it down it works.

Cant find the pods anywere for my brewer where do i go

The simplehuman Molto Coffee & Tea pods may be ordered online from the simplehuman website at:

http://www.simplehuman.com/products/coffee/flavors.html

There are other suppliers of 'pods' but you would need to ensure they are compatible with your unit. For example: http://culturedcoffeebean.com/products

How do I prime the pump on the simplehuman soap dispenser

Here are the priming instructions from simplehuman.com: deborahpcb.jpg

It says if you are having priming issues, use an un-bent paper clip to (GENTLY!) poke the valve opening. Be careful, because you might puncture the rubber seal.
Good luck!

My garage door opener opens fine from the wall unit and the remote, however closing is a problem, when closing the door from the wall unit I have to press and hold until the door is fully closed, if I...

You have a door sensor problem. The IR sensors found at the bottom of the door rails will need some attention.
Both have an LED visible. Is one on or none? If none are on, check the wiring. Older models had a plug in the rear of the sensor that corroded due to moisture, causing intermittent or no operation.
If 1 is on, check to be sure that they are aligned with each other. If they are crooked, the door will not close without holding the wall button (as you described). They are easily knocked out of alignment.
Check for cobwebs and debris blocking the sensors.
Replacement sensors are around $50 and are easily installed with just wire cutters and pliers. Remember to unplug the unit before replacing the sensors.
