Does the engine seem to rev up and scream? If so look for a link that controls the speed. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: how can i reduce the

The revolutions per minute are probably too high. You will need the appropriate screwdriver and a volt meter to adjust. Possibly have another person help you. Connect the volt meter to the output with the generator running. Locate the speed adjusting screw on the carburator and adjust it one way or the other until the voltage on the voltmeter reads 125volts. Before yoy begin adjusting the carburator take note the position of the screw and then count the turns in the event you have to return to the place you started.

Hi, I have a Kipor sinemaster 1000 generator that has been in storage for a few years added fresh fuel and engine started. The 12v dc works however when I plug an appliance in the main power plug there is...

The DC output for battery charging is from the engine alternator and is completely independent from the generator inverter.

As this is an inverter unit the typical polarization techniques for standard generators will not apply.

The ouput indicator being lit means the inverter input output should be good. This further implies a circuit disconnect state at the outlets. Try pressing the overload reset switch to make sure it is not in an odd state.

Honneywell 11kw generator with error codes 1600 and 1603 how to fix it and get it working

According to page 64-65 of the 350 !! page manual in this link -
"1600" says you have overloaded the generator.
"1603" says it only applies to 8kw models and the generator is overloaded.
I'm guessing from the limited info you gave that this is an Evolution generator.
See if reducing your load makes the error disappear even if you don't have the Evolution model.

Yamaha 2400IS Generator goes to overload when ie: 240 volt plugged in, or 700 watt angle grinder plugged in.

No idea but somebody else will probably come along with a better idea then mine, seems a lot of these generators have this thing installed on them (Has $25 hard start kit). Not sure what it does or how it works. Strangely enough you said you use it for 240 volt. Looked at the picture and didn't see a 240 volt connection.
If you are using the what look like the 120 volt circuits you can't over load the unit. Maximum current draw will cause it to go into protection mode and shut down the power load. The following is an exert from the owners manual which I got from Yamaha's site. Link at the end of this post.

Hope this helps

Overload indicator light
The overload indicator light
1
comes on when an over-
load of a connected electrical device is detected, the
inverter control unit overheats, or the AC output voltage
rises. The electronic breaker will then activate, stopping
power generation in order to protect the generator and
any connected electric devices. The AC pilot light
(green) will go off and the overload indicator light (red)
will stay on, but the engine will not stop running.
When the overload indicator light comes on and power
generation stops, proceed as follows:
1. Turn off any connected electric devices and stop
the engine.
2. Reduce the total wattage of connected electric
devices within the application range.
3. Check for blockages in the cooling air inlet and
around the control unit. If any blockages are found,
remove.
4. After checking, restart the engine.

The generator will not hold the load.

Confirm that the ECO-Throttle Switch is in the off position. When in the ECO mode the unit goes into an idle condition and when detecting a load will spin up to operate the load.

In the off position the unit will remain in the ready for load speed taking the initial load with less hesitation.

If this does not solve the problem it is likely the carburetor has some old fuel residue. This residue restricts the fuel flowing through the carburetor. Suggest using a fuel additive carburetor cleaner added to fresh fuel and allow the unit to run under load for an extended period. These gas treatment products are readily available at any auto parts store.

These carburetors have no adjustment for fuel mix and after trying fresh fuel and cleaning the fuel system with additive the only remaining choice would be cleaning or replacing the carburetor.

ERROR E03 WHATS IS MEAN ON MY CONVERTER 600 WATTS ELIMINATOR

Hi, here is the error codes that I could find for you, it seems you are overloading the inverter. That means you cannot connect a kettle or other heavy load to the output. See all error codes below, hoep this helps.

Problem: The AC load will not operate, error code shows on digital
display and alarm is sounding.
Error Possible Cause Solution
E01 Low voltage shutdown because battery is discharged.
Recharge battery. Shorten cables or use heavier cables.
E02 Over-voltage shutdown because of high input voltage.
Verify the charging system is properly regulated and the battery
is 12 V nominal.
E03 The AC product(s) connected are rated at more than the
inverter's continuous power rating; overload shutdown has
occurred. Use a product with a power rating within the inverter's continuous power rating (see Table 3).
E04 The inverter has overheated due to poor ventilation.
Overheating shutdown has occurred.Turn inverter off and allow to cool for 15 minutes. Clear blocked fan or remove objects covering unit. Move the inverter to a cooler place. Reduce load if continuous
operation is required.
E05 The AC products connected have a surge power that exceeds
the Digital Inverter's surge capability or the AC products connected are short-circuited and shutdown has occurred. The products exceed the inverter's surge capability. Use a product with a starting surge power within the Digital Inverter's capability.

My Alpine Air XL-15 Air Purifier youst to have a

The Classic XL-15 should have 2 individual indicator lights. The 'red' light is the ionizer indicator, and the 'green' light is the ozone level indicator. Both lights should be illuminated, if the unit is operating properly. The red light should be pulsing, and the green light should be dimly lit, and brightened as the output knob is turned up - indicating a higher ozone production. If the green light is not lit, you likely won't smell the ozone. The first thing you should try, is cleaning the filter and glass ozone plate. Unplug the unit and remove the rear air filter. Clean the filter with clean water and allow to COMPLETELY air dry. Removed the glass plate by depressing the lever behind the glass plate, and gently pulling it out. Clean the glass with a half water, half ammonia (or distilled white vinegar, if ammonia not available) and an old toothbrush to clean between the mesh. Dry plate with a hair dryer and re-place plate into unit. Replace dried air filter, making sure the little tab on the bottom is secured into the interlock. Power the unit on and you should see the indicator lights and smell the fresh ozone!
