SOURCE: Mastercraft compressor - one pancake type tank ... need pressure

You do not need to use factory replacement switch. Mos t universal pressure switches are set to shut off at 120-130 psi. You will need to check the placement of the unloader valve (1/4 line from check valve) and the quantity of ports as some switches have only one port and others have 3-4. Check ebay for good match and low price. Good Luck

SOURCE: my pancake compressor runs fills air tank then ar discharges under switch

Especially with the twin stack models, the weld between the air supply stub and the tank can crack which leaks air on the tank side of the pressure switch/regulator. Had two HL5402s with same problem.

Where do I get a cylinder head for a clarke champ air compressor model #AC2001B?

This company in liquidation in the US, however many of the same compressors are available in the UK re-branded with different model numbers/names (alpha name instead). Go down the list opening manuals until you find similar looking parts. You may find same pump/motor components on a different tank, however use manual information as needed. China made compressor as yours will be sold by many different retailers under different names. Look on ebay first "searching pancake" compressor for likeness. The manuals listed below should clue you in. Good luck.

I have a model cw0100 1hp 4gal. and need to know capacity of oil tank.

Check you model number. I don't think cw0100 is correct. Most 1HP 4 gal pancake compressors are oil-free.

Compressor won't start

Most compressors have a reset switch. you need to check your manual or if no manual. Trace the power power line coming from the main switch to the motor. It is probably well hidden. Remember I said most have a reset. It is possible that your does not. The smaller pancake type compressors are considered through away. They have a limited life and once it's been reached they are nothing more then large paper weights. However if your compressor was running fine one minute, then dead the next keep checking for a switch or a some other power supply issue.
Good luck.
