Ip pro. Same day recordings are not accessable lately. I get the message “already play the recording file of the day, please choose other date”

You can access the answering system remotely by dialing your home telephone number from any touch-tone telephone. To remotely access the answering system

The answering system automatically announces the number of messages (new or old) if there are any. NOTES: If you do not enter a valid remote access code, the system answers the call automatically. If the date and time is not set when a message is recorded, the system announces, "Time and date not set" before the answering system announces the number of messages. If there are no messages in the answering system, the system announces, "You have no message." If there are no new messages in the answering system, when you press 2 to play back new messages, the system announces, "You have no new message." If you pause for more than four seconds during remote access, you hear a help menu listing all features and commands. If there is no command for another 20 seconds, the call ends automatically. If the memory is full, the answering system answers after 10 rings and announces, "Memory is full. Enter the remote access code." Enter your remote access code to access the messages and announcements. When the answering system is turned off, the telephone answers after 10 rings and announces, "Please enter your remote access code."

You have unheard messages on the voicemail system provided by your telephone company. This system records messages when someone calls while you're already on the phone. Please contact your telephone company for instructions on accessing their voicemail system.

you have to log in to your account at the phone service provider and reset message waiting indicator. If you have a contract company managing your ip phone service, call them, and say you need the message indicator reset.

Select the menu and get access to the memory card. You will be able to open the files on the card if they were loaded or if they were recorded. Choose play and it will work. The screen generally is lightter in sunlight as the case with many lcd screens. However if you choose a darker screen saver with good options of the display the mattter can be improved. Sometimes depending on the file size the messages cannot be send together to the limitation of the LG processor. Hope you try with lighter messages. Good day

this is a digital answering machine....(no tape..ole school) while playing and listing have another device record (you can purchase a small recorder ..digital for $20 -40) the message while playing....if you are connected via using any of the cable carriers (twarner,comcast or optimum) you can access your phone online and save any message that has been recorded..new or old as long as it is not erased

Do the following: Open Quicktime Player. Under the File menu, choose New Movie Recording. The light on your camera should come on. Click the center button and say a few words, then click it again. You should be able to replay this video immediately. If you can do this, you do not have a hardware problem. If you need to, you can save the recording you made this way and enclose it in a mail message or any other medium. If your other facilities still don't work, it is those facilities that are having a problem accessing your (working) camera.

All files should be set for transfer when using the Olympus software.  There is a way you can check folder B in my computer by locating the program folder where the olympus software resides.  If folder B is empty, the recording could have landed in A, C, or D folder.

I have this phone at work. There's a button that looks like an envelope. Touch that and it will prompt you through recording your voice mail. This phone also features various "away" messages so that you can record a couple different ones and then activate whichever you want depending on your day. This is also accessed through the voicemail button. Once you play around with it a little, you'll find it's a rather simple phone. Right now, I'm trying to figure out how to access my voicemail from home! Good luck!

write an 'audio cd' by the roxio creator, instead of directly buring the file to CD

Please choose an option to write 'audio CD' bcos most of the CD players do not recognise other formats

u may use some free audio CD creation softwares also... If i am right, winamp may also help

The DS-2 has a format option in the menu under submenu. After you choose start you will see a progress bar and it should return to full record time. Use on a MAC seems to cause the reduced record time more often than on a PC.
