SOURCE: Air Suspension plomlem

1. make sure the switch is on (under the passenger side dash board). 2. check to make sure the relay is good (black little box under the right front bumper. 3. there are two (that I know of) switches/sensors.  1 is behind the left front tire.  The other is up behind the spare tire.  Taking the spare tire off gives you tons of room to work with.  The sensors look like mini shock absorbers with black rubber and can be compressed and pulled easily by hand.  Moving those will simulate the suspension going up and down and should trigger the compressor. 4. if the compressor doesn't come on (and all the above is fine) it sounds like your compressor is bad and should be replaced.  I got one from Arnott Industries in Florida and they have been very nice to work with so far.

SOURCE: Rear suspension froze up. Trying to find a diagram of the suspension

the old elantras and accents have problems with the struts siezing up; especially if the vehicle has been lifted/jacked recently.

i see at least a few elantras/accents at the shop every week with locked up struts, its very very common. i am a hyundai tech, so trust me i see this a lot.
to replace the struts you will need a spring compressor and common hand tools.

check the front struts as well, they all tend to go around the same time, push down on one corner of the car at a time, if the car does not come back up after you release pressure, the strut has siezed/locked up.

DO NOT attempt to replace the struts if you dont have a spring compressor...that spring can really mess your day up if you dont properly compress it before removing that top nut.

SOURCE: Air Ride Suspension Issues for a 1999 For Expedition 5.4L

I just experience problem with a leak in one of the bags in the back n because i didn’t have the money then to take care of the problem my air compressor burned. I just recently changed the bag and I found it at this website for $160 and the compressor is $210 + shipping. They r a manufactor so what they do they sell u refurnish parts that r as good as new and cheap. U purchase the item and sent them the broken item back n they give u a credit of $50. I made both purchase an air bag n the compressor n so far everything is working fine. The air bag is super easy to change but the air compressor its a little more complicated. The website is http://www.suncoreindustries.com/ and they even sent u the instructions on how to do it urself. Hope this was helpful!

SOURCE: Buick Park Avenue rear suspension pump noise

You may have to replace it but money wise it is a lot of times cheaper to convert over to standard shock/strut suspension than it is to buy the pump

SOURCE: air suspension drops on one side

Common problem. You have a slow leak. Just like a tire, the solution is to look for it, with a spray bottle of soapy water. All the lines, fitting, valves, etc., are suspect. The actual chambers are the only expensive parts. There are leak stop liquids you can try?

Mabe not powering on but spin light stays on. What to do?

We are based in North America and this is a Philipino brand. Contact them for service. You have money invested in it, so get it fixed. If they say it is the Control Board, it is a dilemma as they are expensive.

Where is my suspension spring on my washing machine

The suspension springs on your washing machine are used to either suspend the tub assembly from the cabinet or to stabilize the tub assembly to the washer base. They also absorb the vibration of the wash basket while the machine is in the spin cycle. Occasionally these springs will become damaged, stretched or detached which can cause excessive noise and vibration from your washer during the spin cycle. You will need to remove the top or front panel of the washing machine to gain access to the suspension springs. Inspect for stretching or damage and ensure that they are securely attached at both ends. Use caution when replacing the springs as they are under tension and always wear the proper protective clothing. We recommend that you replace all of the suspension springs if any are determined to be defective.

Amana top loader washing maching permanently tilted drum & loud banging during spin cycle

I guess you washed some curtains and blankets in it that it spun unbalanced. There are 2 things. One is the one of the suspension springs broke off. Another is the center post is already bent. You may have to check inside. If you are handy, you can take off the cover and check. Suspension springs are dangerous when being replaced. You may have to wear a pair of goggles. With the centerpost, it is difficult to replace. I suggest you call a technician for this.

Electrolux front washer EWF 1087 bangs loudly at the start of spin cycle

It is so common that the washing machine can make terrible noise in many ways and is a common fault.Check the suspension, shock absorbers and spring mountings, check the levelling of the machine. If you have noticed that machine is vibrating when it is running then the motor /drum suspension has to be inspected. Since these fittings are located on the underside of the machine it is important that you look for the noise with a good inspection lamp. Manually turn the motor and drum and listen for the noise, if so the motor bearings, the drum agitator shaft and fittings must be checked. Also the suspensions which include the shock absorbers and springs, the body clamps must be checked to be in correct alignment and not changed in position. Tightening of the mounting is also very important. Finally in most cases a drop of OIL or smear of grease on the moving parts cane solve most issues.

Washing Machine Suspension Problem?

smirkin, the question here is if the basket is listing against the tub or the whole tub and basket is listing. If the basket is listing and banging around it could be the drive block has worn or broken. I will attach a photo of one. If the whole tub is listing it could be a spring that broke. You can remove the front panel of the washer by pressing in on the two clips on each side of the washer top, The front panel should drop and pull out. You can see if any of the suspension sprins broke. The drive block is located under the basket. The agitator and basket have to be removed to change it out. Take a look at the attachments...Catriver..post back
