All new cars have so many electrionics that you don't se it but slowly slowly they drain the battery.
If the weather is cold it will drain even quicker.

What year and model. Turn on headlights and turn key to start , do the lights dim if they do starter is faulty. If not check the thin wire to the starter is connected
be more specific did it turn off after the batry died or it still was charged? before being turned off,was the phone hit by any chance or dropped off?? the cause can be ethier a harmed batry or a broken board. try consulting your dealership or a local shop.
Sounds like a current drain, probably something you can't see. Start by removeing the glovebox light & boot light. If still happens hook an amp metere up between the batry terminal & batry wire with key off & check if there is any drain. Note: you will need your radio code if your radio is security radio
