Your question is not very specific. Do you have a programming cable? Can you access the internet on a laptop with a USB port for that cable? You CANNOT program radios from a phone or tablet. Hi, I have just received my Baofeng UV-6 radio. I can use my cable to read and write to my UV-5r radios, but can not read from my UV-6. I get-- "Radio refused to send second block 0x1ec0"

The software to program the radio is different for the UV-6 then the UV-5R. check this out.

Baofeng uv5r manual

Press Menu button, then scroll with Up and Down buttons until you find the setting you need. Press Menu Button again and cursor will move down to the settings. Use Up/Down buttons to adjust the settings and then press Menu button to save and exit .

Cannot program 70cm into Baofeng uv-5r plus after programming 2 meter frequencies

Search for programming instructions on Google. That radio is confounding to program - and the instructions that come with it are incomprehensible. There are several sets of instructions available via Google that are more understandable.
