I got the stang universal remote to turn on my luxor tv but can't access the menu app

Hi, Sometimes the universal remotes are tricky.  If you don't purchase one that is specifically recommended by the manufacturer, you won't get full functionality.  Here is a generic that is "replacement" for that remote: http://www.daewoo.newremotecontrol.com/catalog_item.php?catnum=48B4139A02

You need to change the source to DTV and then press MENU ... go to the INSTALL tab and select First Time Installation
