You have a small circuit board. That is after the power source.Unplug and open the duplo.The circuit board you can order from Riso and have installed by an authourised technition.Good luck

i don't know if duplo is same as the gestetner type of digital duplicator. try to look if the exit sensor is clean or in good condition and if the paper coming out in a normally manner what i meant is if it is flowing normally.

I'm pretty sure this is a printer not a copier.

Take out the cartridge and turn it upside down, you will see a (Usually) green cylinder, does it have a ring of toner, or does it appear to have been scrathed ?
Take the copy and put it next to the drum, does the lines match? Then replace cartridge. 
If not open back and take out fuser ( two screws for cover and two screws for fuser, are the rollers o.k? replace fuser.
