Accidentally or purposefully someone must have inserted the the pin code for your TV to block the viewing of the TV. It can be disabled by the default master pin code of the TV. Please go through the Instructions Manual ( Operating Instructions) that come with the TV. Procedure to disable the pin code is given there. For Sony LCD TV it is " 9999". If you do not find it, let me know the Make & model number of the TV.
