SOURCE: can i hook up a seperate power amp . to the pmp
You can add extra amps driving ADDITIONAL speakers... you CANNOT parallel amps driving the same speakers.
Drive these seperate amps from the MAINS OUT connnectors using TRS and balanced lines to those external amps.
SOURCE: i just both the Europower pmp6000 powerd mixer and
use 1/4 inch speaker cables. hook one speaker up to "main 1 R" out and the other to "main 1 L" out. if you have additional main speakers, hook them up the the "main 2" outputs.
look for the "bridge amp mode" switch and move it to the "main L- main R" position.
SOURCE: can i connect the pv 112 to the pv 118 subwoofer
Generally speaking you should only send low frequencies to subs. The highs, while lower in power than the lows, will over time harm the voice coils. The ideal way to do this is to use an external crossover netween the main output and the amp input with the higher range going to a general set of speakers. Send the lows through the second channel of the amp and then to the subs.
In short, while not recommended, yes you can hook them up in parallel.
