click on connections icon and select advanced tab.

Ensure that both drop down menus are set to my isp rather than my isp and my work network.
This should get you up on the web.
SOURCE: cant access internet but can connect to wireless TP-link router
Your friend is able to go online using the same wireless network. that means the wireless network is working properly and there might be a problem with your computer .
You said that you can connect to the wireless network but you can not go online.
Check the IP address and the default gateway of the computer.
Try to ping the router and DNS server and check what happens.
Make sure that there is no static IP address on the computer.
Click Here for more information about the routers and Internet.
SOURCE: I am loosing my network
Try doing a software update.
check it within Nokia website within your region.
You'll be needing your product code to do that.
product code can be seen on the back of the phone when you take off the back cover and the battery off the phone.
you will only need the first seven digit to of your product code.
> sometimes it depends on your network provider as well.
hope it helps
SOURCE: I can't access my internet while roaming.
Hey Bruce,
Unfortunately most phone providers do not have internet support for roaming areas, contact your phone provider to inquire if they support roaming internet access or not to resolve this issue.
There is no way around this unfortunately, if your phone provider does not have the support for this, then you will not be able to access internet while roaming.
Please let me know if this helps,
Thanks,
