Recommend using a program called 'Chirp' (free internet download) to program your radio. Ensure the fields are populated correctly.
Upload the file, let the radio program, and then turn radio off and remove the cable. Try the scan function once you turn the radio back on.

These types of radios are sensitive to programming errors.

First drain the fuel tank , fuel lines and drain the oil while its draining , put a fan on the wiring and dry it out. Take the plugs out of the engine and turn the motor over this will force any water that's left in the cylinder out .Water that's got in to anyother parts of the engine will come out with oil Add oil to the engine and turn it over again ,without the plugs in .Let it sit for 5 minutes .then check the oil to see if there's water in it ( If there is it will look like a white milky substance ) if there is u need to drain it and start all over again u will have to keep doin this untill there is no white in the oil . Now once u have done this re-install spark plug,add the gas , then try to re start . If it starts. Leave it to run for a good few mins BUT don't rev it .
After it runs for a few mins turn it off re-drain the oil and change the filter .run again for few mins, turn off check the oil again for. A milky colour if there's none yippy uv done it if it dosent start u need professional help good luck

TRy ds try to use a external USB keyboard....if it works maybe the connection either in internal keyboard not functioning wl.,.....
Is there any changes uv made in the BIOS? add another info to discuss....

Go to the Giga Byte website and download the updated drivers so you can install them. The question mark is telling you it is either not recognized, doesn't have the correct drivers or is not setup correctly. This is most likely the problem with the sound card as well.

possibly a bad control finger control board. had a problem just like that and that repaired it.

This looks like a control board error. It needs to come in for repair. be careful not to turn it on, the RCI cell ( the blue light in the back) will stop working if it is switched off and on fast.
