Trying to wire a dometic 3109226.005 control box to my existing 6 wire thermostat, the stat controls both furnace and a/c, not sure wich wires are what, colors dont match up,my t-stat has 6 wires.

Your system has a dual stage system for better efficiency. That is what the extra wires are. Either get the proper thermostat or decide to operate in single stage mode. High or low - you choose. Where is the low voltage 24 vac transformer located?

The transformer is located in the furnace. You might want to check to make sure the furnace door is on correctly brcause theres a swich that will open for safety . Also some have a fuse on the solid state board.

Wiring a generalaire 1042 humidifier to a goodman furnace, when there are no terminals marked hum

24 VAC HUM
The yellow wire connected to the I.D. Blower pressure switch
is powered anytime the pressure switch is closed and provides
24 VAC humidifier control. Remove the yellow wire and connect
the supplied brown jumper wire to the pressure switch
terminal. Reconnect the yellow wire to the "piggyback" terminal
on the brown jumper and then connect the 24 VAC line of the
humidifier to the stripped end of the brown wire. Using a wire
nut or a field-supplied quick connect terminal can make this
connection. The wiring must conform to all local and national
codes. Connect the COM side of the humidifier to the B/C
terminal on the furnace control board (or to the COM side of
the 24 VAC transformer). DO NOT CONNECT 115V HUMIDIFIER
TO THESE TERMINALS.

Can not get readings on unit but there is power an changed fuse

I would check voltage to the transformer and from the transformer. Either 120 or 240 VAC to the transformer and 24 VAC from the transformer. The co ntrol panel runs on the 24 VAC. The transformer should be located in the junction box on the heater where the external power is connected.

My cooling and heat pump quit working and the fan outside does not come on. If you push in the contactor in the fan comes on and sounds like the compasator does to.

Check the voltage at the contactor where the 24 vac connects to the coil for the contactor so you can see if it is making it that far. It will be 2 smaller wires that are not connected to the 240 vac. Let me know if you have 24 vac there. The thermostat will have to be calling for air for the 24 vac to be present. let me know what you find.
