It is impossible to 'forget' a password on a phone that you are using 20 times a day every day. The only way is to do a hard reset and scrub it clean of all data.
There is no magic password based on the IMEI number. You set the password, you made it a number that was easy to remember for you. You use that password dozens of times every day. It is IMPOSSIBLE to forget.
A hard reset will remove the password on it. However, if it is reported stolen or you have exceeded 4 tries at opening, it is locked with a PUK Lock and only the telco that owns the phone can open it.
First method:
In the first step turn off the phone by pressing the Power key for a short while.
After that keep holding on Volume Up and Power keys for a few seconds.
Let go of the Power button when MOBICEL logo pops up.
If you see Android Robot release the Volume Up key.

ust go to Accounts and Settings, select your Google Account and delete it. Now go to Apps and clear Play Sore data. Restart the smartphone. Add your Google account again. Now first launch Gtalk. Let it start properly. once done, open Google Play...........
