Hello Sheridan, for what you comment, you have a problem in the CD reading stage, if you have technical knowledge, with the equipment disconnected from the power network, I suggest you remove the lid of the equipment and try to access the area where find the mechanism of the CD player, this equipment has 1 CD player so it is not complicated, once located try to clean the lens of the reader with a slightly moistened with alcohol, preferably using isoprpyl alcohol, then let it dry a few seconds, carefully connect the device, turn it on and place a CD, see if it reads it, if that is the problem solved, if not, you would have to replace the laser reader or approach a specialized technical service

Hola Sheridan, por lo que comentas, tienes un problema en la etapa de lectura de CD, si tienes conocimientos tecnicos,con el equipo desconectado de la red de energia, te sugiero sacar la tapa del equipo y tratar de acceder a la zona donde se encuentra el mecanismo del reproductor de CD, este equipo tiene reproductor de 1 CD por lo cual no es complicado, una vez localizado trata de limpiar la lente del lector con un isopo levemente humedecido con alcohol, preferentemente usar alcohol isoprpilico, luego de eso deja secar unos segundos, conecta con cuidado el aparato, prendelo y coloca un CD, observa si lo lee, si es asi problema resuelto, si no, tendrias que reemplazar el lector laser o acercarte a un servicio tecnico especializado

There may be dust inside the unit on the laser. Try shoting some compressed air in the CD drive area to clean out. Also, ensure that the CD surface is clean, and try a different factory made audio CD. Sometimes CD players have problems reading "burned" CD's.
