Unfortunately you can't. Your wall outlet is a 110V circuit (B-110V; W- common) and your oven needs 220V circuit to operate. Red - 110V; Black - 110V; White - Common.

You will need to installed a 220V, 30 AMP (10-3/w ground) homerun from your circuit breaker panel to the oven

if it's a built in wall oven the model number will be on the casing itself ( which means the oven has to be unscrewed and pull out of the wall , it will be on a white sticker)

If it's a freestanding stove , open the drawer it's on one of the legs on a white sticker as well

No, all wall ovens have a built in cavity extractor fan. When the oven is turned on this fan operates and blows air from the oven cavity through a vent at the front of the oven, normally just above the door. This keeps the outer oven and cabinet cooled sufficiently.

I assume the display for the clock/timer is now blank. If the oven is still working the only thing you are missing is the clock. If you can't do without it you will need a new clock.
Most of the time the clock/timer stops working it affects the operation of the oven, the oven won't work. If this is the case you will need a new timer unless you can do without the clock/timer. If so a repairman should be able to bypass the clock with ease so that the oven will operate without the clock/timer.

its not the thermostat most of the time you can look at the element and see if its bad un less a wire is burned off behind or has come off behind the wall of the oven where the element is you can turn off the breaker to the oven off remove the two screws pull the element foward remove one of the wires to the element and check it with an ohm meter to make sure its bad and some ovens have a vari broil feature but most times they just run full bozo consult your owners manuel to see about yours if you dont have a manuel can get one here http://www.frigidaire.com/support/manuals.asp
