you can turn the Screen controls down a little bit, but I suspect you will need to replace all 3 crts as most of these crt arc sets require all 3. EXPENSIVE if crts are even still available.

YOu have convergence issues. Ok first question. IN your setup menu do you have the convergence option/ if you DO not then it can be a specail fusable link. fl231 if you do. next question do the picture bow in at the middle. if you do then it possibly a convergence power supply issue. next if you go into setup convergence does the crosshairs adjust up or down left to right on both blue and red. I if so then theres is a chance that it can be a convergence adjusment or a amplifer problem AS always THIS SET CAN GENERATE LEATHAL 380 VOLTS EVEN WITH SET UPLUGED SO BE CAREFULL.

You need to check the output voltages of the power supply module which will be the first place to start.

It does sounds lkie the symptom of bad T-CON board, you can try cooling it with electronic freeze spray for troubleshotting, more likely to have bad IC, most repair I do is due to shorted out DC filter caps such as the one in INSIGNIA/DYNES NS-LCD37HD (backlight is on but no picture due to bad T-CON board):

I spent many hours to locate the shorted out surface mounted caps it was time consuming becuase they are in parallel, but Iwas able to find it since I do not want to spend $80 for a used board and I have nothing to lose.
