In the USA (us) the labor is very high. this THING, for security camera as sold by HARBOR FRIGHT(sic) so fixing it will not be easy . page one of your manual, tells you what to do. lost the manual? it says this. stated clearly contact us. [email protected]
I had the same problem with a similar model. I looked in EBAY and other sellers....and I bought a second hand whole system. I made sure at least the monitor was good.
