FOGOT THE COMBO TO MY STEELCRAFT SAFE, HOW DO I RESET IT

Open safe by removing 8 screws on back of safe. There's a reset button inside. Press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds. Your safe is combo is now 0-0-0 start green combo knob at 0 then turn right to 0 then left to 0 then right to 0. The safe unlocks. Then turn the purple wheel to the right to open.

The only way should be asking for a copy at the site where you bought your safe, with a proof of your purchase. Actually, something similar happened to me, with a security lock of my home; lost 3 keys, remained only one and keys can't be copied so I got additional copies from the door-lock manufacturer after I prooved I'm legitimate owner.

Hi, There is only one way, and that is to send a letter with the serial number to Sentry and if the info matches who is supposed to own it, they will send you the factory default combo to open it. Good Luck!
